Western Avenue Reconstruction Project

The City of Davenport is soliciting bids for the Western Avenue Reconstruction project. This project involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the reconstruction of the existing roadway, installation of ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps, replacement of integrated curbs, resetting of all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of driveway approach aprons, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control measures. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of Davenport e-bidding system at https://davenport.ionwave.net. No other submission methods, including email, fax, or paper copies, will be accepted. All tabs within the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly within the system.
