Protestant Music Director and Musician Services

The United States Air Force is seeking a Protestant Music Director and Musician to provide services at Shaw Air Force Base. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to determine potential sources for an acquisition. The requirement includes a base year and four 12-month option years. The services encompass leading musical selections and accompaniment for Protestant worship services, including weekly services, rehearsals, and special events such as weddings, funerals, and memorial services. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating music selections with the assigned chaplain, leading musicians and volunteers, and ensuring the quality and style of music meets the congregation's needs. The contractor must also manage musical equipment and supplies, and maintain facilities. Routine access to the military installation and favorable security clearances are required, with restrictions on subcontracting.
