Lease of Garage, Office, and Storage Space

The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), on behalf of the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board/East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project/Suffolk County Mosquito Control Project, is inviting proposals to lease approximately 5,100 usable square feet of garage, office, and storage space. DCAMM would consider space ranging from 4,500 to 5,500 square feet. The desired location for this space is within the following towns: Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, or Woburn. The proposed lease term is 10 years.
