HVAC Preventative Maintenance for Water Treatment Plant

The City of Ames is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform routine, periodic preventative maintenance on the HVAC system at the Ames Water Treatment Plant. This opportunity requires contractors to be experienced in maintaining HVAC systems within a water treatment facility. All responses must be submitted before the deadline of June 17, 2026. Bids will be held valid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make awards in its best interest.
