Onsite Clinic Services

Description

The State of Indiana, through the Department of Administration, is seeking proposals for onsite clinic services to be provided at the Indiana Government Center South. The selected vendor will offer a range of medical services, including primary care, preventive care, immunizations and injections (excluding flu shots), health and nutrition coaching, coordination with state population health management programs, lab tests, immediate/acute care, prenatal services, behavioral health services, and face-to-face counseling services billed through the EAP. The current clinic operates with a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and a Medical Assistant, supported by offsite personnel. The target population includes approximately 7,631 employees on the Government Center campus and surrounding areas, out of a total of approximately 28,025 members enrolled in the State's health plans. The clinic space is approximately 8,700 square feet. The vendor will be responsible for staffing, day-to-day management, and cleaning of the clinic space. The State will provide the facility and some basic equipment.
