CDBG 2024 Sewer System Improvements

The City of Verona, Mississippi is soliciting bids for the CDBG 2024 Sewer System Improvements project. This project involves the rehabilitation of a triplex lift station with a capacity of 1400 GPM and the installation of approximately 1,000 feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer line, including manholes. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the City of Verona's boardroom located at 194 Main Street, Verona, MS 38879. Electronic bids can also be submitted through www.cceplanroom.com. This project is financed by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to its regulations, including Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid. The successful bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and the Build America, Buy America Act.
