Paper and Maintenance Supplies

The Department of Central Services for Saratoga County will receive sealed bids for Paper/Maintenance Supplies, as per specification 26-PSMS-1. Bids will be accepted in person or electronically through the Empire State Purchasing Website until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid forms and instructions are available at the Department of Central Services, 50 W. High Street, Ballston Spa, NY, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or at the Empire State Purchasing Group website (www.empirestatebidsystem.com). Saratoga County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
