Resurfacing and Utility Construction Project

The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin is soliciting bids for the "RESURFACING 2-26 (INCLUDING SEWER & WATER)" public works improvement contract. This project involves significant utility work, including the installation of approximately 3,450 linear feet of 6" and 8" water main with service relays and transfers, and the installation of 57 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer relay with lateral reconnections and manhole work. Additionally, the project includes 351 linear feet of 15" storm sewer construction. The scope of work also encompasses substantial roadwork, such as 6,000 cubic yards of excavation, 4,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, 3,000 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 3,000 tons of breaker run, and 9,160 tons of HMA pavement. Pavement milling will cover 50,365 square yards, with an additional 1,590 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, and 60 square feet of cast iron curb ramp detectable warning field. Construction staking for all aspects of the project is also included. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com's VirtuBid service by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. A public bid opening will be conducted via Zoom. All bidders are required to register with QuestCDN, download the contract documents for a non-refundable fee of $42.00, and provide proof of responsibility at least five days prior to the bid opening.
