Infrastructure Inspections and Operations Plan for Upper Las Positas Creek

The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to perform infrastructure inspections, develop an ongoing operations and maintenance plan, and design a spillway retrofit for the waterway infrastructure located along Upper Las Positas Creek within the Santa Barbara Golf Club. A detailed background, objectives, and scope of work are provided in Section IV of the Request for Proposals.
