Description
This solicitation is for improvements to the Elizabethtown Area Water Authority's Water Treatment Plant. The project includes the addition of a new membrane filtration skid unit, new membrane cleaning and waste neutralization systems, replacement of two high service sendout pumps, replacement of air compressors, and electrical service upgrades. All sealed proposals must be submitted online via the PennBid Program by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Water Treatment Plant located at 211 W. Hummelstown St, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, with the site visit immediately following.
