Lang Manor Window and Door Replacement Project

This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services for the replacement of windows and doors at Lang Manor Community. The project is owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. The work will be performed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Hammel Associates Architects. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the base bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract. Attention is called to minimum salary and wage requirements, non-discrimination clauses, and HUD's Section 3 requirements. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid.
