Orange County Adult and Dislocated Worker Services

Capital Area Workforce Development (CAWD) is seeking a qualified organization to deliver Adult and Dislocated Worker workforce services in Orange County, North Carolina, through the NCWorks system. This procurement is for service provider operations only and does not include One-Stop Operator services. CAWD oversees workforce development for Wake, Johnston, Lee, Orange, and Chatham Counties.
