Vermont Army National Guard Non-Clinical Case Management Services

The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires Non-Clinical Medical Case Management Services to support their medical readiness goals. The contractor will provide a team consisting of one Lead Registered Nurse Case Manager, two Registered Nurse Case Managers, and two Medical Records Technicians. These professionals will be responsible for the administration, analysis, coding, and reporting of medical records programs. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email by 12:00 PM EDT on June 15, 2026. Responses will be posted within 48 hours of receipt. Final quotes are due electronically through the PIEE Solicitation module by 5:00 PM EDT on June 21, 2026. Submissions are strictly governed by FAR 52.212-1, and late submissions will be handled accordingly. Offerors should note PIEE system limitations, including file size restrictions (individual files not exceeding 50 MB, total submission not exceeding 200 MB), and are encouraged to submit at least 24 hours in advance to avoid transmission issues. User-end technical difficulties will not excuse late submissions. Proposals must be in standard formats (Word, Excel, PDF) and must not be compressed or password-protected.
