Electric Golf Cars and Gas-Powered Golf Range Picking Car

The Owasso Public Golf Authority is soliciting bids for the lease or purchase of 72 electric golf cars and 1 gas-powered golf range picking car for the Bailey Ranch Golf Club. Bidders have the option to include a trade-in of their current fleet of Yamaha cars, with the terms of the trade-in including the payoff of the existing lease-to-purchase contract. Specifications for the electric golf cars include a 48-volt AC motor, 48-volt Lithium battery, automatic variable transmission, and a maximum speed of 13 MPH. The gas-powered range picking car must have a minimum of 8hp, a 4-cycle gasoline engine, and a bed payload of at least 800 lbs. The supplier must provide a service technician available within 48 hours of any breakdown due to mechanical failure of a warranty part. Annual maintenance, including oil changes, filter and spark plug replacement, is also required. A minimum 48-month non-prorated warranty on cars and all mechanical and cosmetic components, excluding normal wear and tear, is expected. Bids can be submitted for purchase with trade-in, a 60-month municipal lease including trade-in, or a 60-month municipal lease excluding trade-in. Delivery is preferred as soon as possible.
