This solicitation is for the repair of the underground parking structure located at the Capital Complex in Springfield, Sangamon County. The estimated cost for this project is less than $30,000,000. The trade for this project is General - Remodeling & Rehabilitation. This is an original posting. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory and will be held on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Oxtoby Board Room on the 3rd Floor of the Stratton Building, located at 401 S. Spring Street.
