Single Family Loan Origination System (LOS) Software

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is requesting proposals for a secure, web-based, end-to-end electronic Loan Origination System (LOS) for its single-family homeownership programs. The selected firm will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the LOS solution. The scope of services includes providing software licensing, system implementation with project management and deployment, system configuration and customization, integration with CHFA's financial and other systems, data migration from the existing legacy system, development of an implementation plan, delivery of system documentation, training for CHFA staff and participating lenders, and ongoing system support and maintenance. The proposed LOS must support automated document submission, a flexible interface, real-time loan management, URLA/Form 1003 data uploads, automated notifications, configurable workflow management, integration capabilities, automated compliance, and pipeline management. Evaluation criteria will include the firm's experience, qualifications, fee structure, desired functionality, implementation plan, and financial stability.
