Free and Reduced Mailings and Forms Printing

The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting bids for the printing and delivery of free and reduced mailings and forms for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an annual purchase, with orders to be placed via Purchase Order and shipped to Ozark Mailing. The District will provide documents in PDF or Word format by mid-June, with proofs required within seven calendar days and final delivery by Monday, July 13th, 2026. Pricing must remain firm for 90 days after the intent to award. Bidders must respond online through the e-bid system; emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. All questions must be directed through the e-bidding system to the buyer of record. The contract term will commence upon award for one year, with prices remaining firm for this period.
