State Legislative Lobbying Services for Jefferson County

The Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, on behalf of Jefferson County, Colorado, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide state legislative lobbying services. The selected firm will be responsible for advancing the County's legislative priorities, providing advocacy and advisory services through the 2027 legislative session, with options for renewal. Services include developing lobbying strategies, advocating to the State Legislature and Governor's Office, drafting and amending bills, monitoring legislation, advising on political dynamics and fiscal impacts, and providing regular updates to the Board of County Commissioners. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience providing similar services to a Colorado local government entity, familiarity with applicable municipalities and stakeholders, and knowledge of Colorado lobbying rules and regulations.
