The City of Bozeman is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for weed and overgrowth abatement services. This service is required for both publicly and privately owned properties within the city limits. The scope includes ensuring that public rights-of-way, such as sidewalks, streets, bike lanes, and street vision triangles, are free from vegetative growth that impedes movement. Additionally, the services will cover the abatement of weeds and overgrowth on privately owned vacant lots and other parcels that are delinquent in their maintenance. Proposals must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF document via email attachment to procurement@bozeman.net by Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. The email subject line must clearly identify the RFP title, company name, and due date/time. Respondents must comply with WCAG level A and AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements. The city's email attachment size limit is 25MB; only one PDF file is allowed per response. Arrangements can be made with the City Clerk for files exceeding 25MB, but the respondent is solely responsible for ensuring the upload is completed and the city is notified via email before the deadline. Late submittals will not be considered.
