9mm Luger Ammunition for FBI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for 9mm Luger caliber ammunition. This solicitation seeks to establish up to three Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with one award per category: service, training, and frangible ammunition. All ammunition must be compatible with 9mm weapons issued or approved for duty use by the FBI and manufactured in America. The contracts will have a twelve-month base period with four one-year option periods and a potential six-month extension. The FBI intends to make these contracts available to law enforcement agencies within the Department of Justice and potentially other agencies on a case-by-case basis. Evaluation will be based on a best-value tradeoff process, considering technical performance, price, and past performance.
