Grand Blanc High School West Campus Roofing Renovations

Grand Blanc Community School District is soliciting bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services required to complete roofing renovations at the Grand Blanc High School West Campus. The project is located at 1 Jewett Trail, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Bidding documents were prepared by Johns Manville and are available by contacting Krista Morris at Grand Blanc Community Schools. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Grand Blanc High School West Campus. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to the Grand Blanc Community School District administration offices at 11920 South Saginaw, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Bids will be opened publicly at 1:30 PM on the same day. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
