Kelly Boulevard Extension Construction Project

The City of Claremont is soliciting bids for the Kelly Boulevard Extension project. This project involves the construction of approximately 1,450 linear feet of 24-foot wide paved industrial access roadway, including grading, drainage, erosion control, pavement structure, and signage. Additionally, the project requires the installation of approximately 1,350 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water mains along the roadway, including hydrants, valves, and appurtenances, as well as 125 linear feet of 12-inch diameter gravity sewers. The work also includes seeding, grassing, and restoration. A separate 360 linear feet, 12-inch waterline extension from Conover Blvd, including a railroad crossing bore, is also part of the project. The expected duration for this project is 210 days. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis.
