Penobscot Nation Siding Replacement Project

The Penobscot Nation Housing Department is soliciting bids for the Penobscot Nation - Siding Replacement Sandy Beach Lane 2026 project. This project involves the removal and replacement of vinyl siding, weather barrier, trim, and J-channel on nine ranch-style, single-story homes and their associated sheds located on Indian Island, Maine. Bids must be submitted by 2:30 P.M. local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to the office of Carpenter Associates in Old Town, Maine. Only companies that have obtained the Bidding Documents and are listed on the "Plan Holders List" are eligible to bid. The bidding documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 from Carpenter Associates, who also serves as the Engineer for the project. Documents can also be examined online through Construction Summary of Maine, Construction Market Data Group, and Dodge Data & Analytics. Davis-Bacon Act requirements apply to this project.
