Building Automation Systems Services

Jefferson County is accepting Statements of Qualification for Building Automation Systems Repair, Replacement, and Installation services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis to various divisions within the County, with a primary focus anticipated for the Facilities Management division. The selected contractor(s) will enter into a Master Contract and may be given the opportunity to provide these services. Prequalification does not guarantee an award of work. The scope of services includes technical support such as installation, repair, troubleshooting, hardware setup, programming, diagnostics, and performance tuning for Reliable Controls Building Automation Systems. This includes components like controllers, VAV boxes, and related equipment, as well as comprehensive programming for user interfaces, alarm configuration, and trend logging. Maintenance will be provided on a time and materials basis during regular business hours, with emergency services available 24/7 at contractor rates.
