Various Lawn Contracts

The Monroe Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for various lawn care contracts. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Monroe Housing Authority's Boardroom, located at 300 Harrison Street, Monroe, Louisiana 71201. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Any person requiring special accommodation must notify the Monroe Housing Authority of the type(s) of accommodation required no less than seven (7) days before the bid opening. Complete bidding documents are available in electronic form to bonafide prime bidders upon request via email to winterss@monroeha.com. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after submission. The Monroe Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause or waive any informality.
