Hopeful WMA Site Demo, Tree, and Fence Removal

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the removal of a 24 ft x 26 ft concrete foundation, approximately 12,000 ft of dilapidated barbed wire fence, and scattered tree removal across 590 acres of the Hopeful Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Lincoln County, near Tyler, MN. The scope of work includes all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for completion. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all attached documents and complying with all requirements. Unit prices must include all costs, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and taxes. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project.
