Physical Education Equipment and Supplies

Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) is soliciting bids for a contract to supply general physical education supplies and small equipment for its elementary and secondary physical education programs. This solicitation aims to establish a contract for ongoing purchases throughout the school system. The contract will have an initial term effective from the date of award through April 30, 2028, with a potential two-year renewal term through April 30, 2030, at the discretion of FCPS. Pricing for frequently ordered items will be firm, and vendors are also requested to provide a discount from catalog list prices for other items to accommodate unscheduled purchases. Vendors are encouraged to offer year-over-year cost reductions and may be required to provide supporting documentation for any price adjustments requested at renewal.
