4th Quarter FY26 Milk Supply for FDC Houston

This solicitation is for the supply of milk for the Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Detention Center (FDC Houston) during the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The contract will be firm-fixed price, with deliveries required on a weekly basis. The delivery period begins on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, and concludes on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026. Deliveries are to be made to the Food Service Warehouse at 1200 Texas Ave, Houston, TX 77002, on a FOB Destination basis. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and past performance. Vendors are required to submit completed RFQ documents and bid sheets. Past performance, particularly regarding timely delivery and product quality, will be a significant factor in the award decision. Quoted prices must remain valid for 60 days after the solicitation closes. All offerors must complete their representations and certifications via SAM.gov. Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card.
