Construction of Splash Pad Project

Lakeside Municipal Utility District No. 5, on behalf of itself and several other districts, is seeking proposals for the construction of The Grove at Blackhawk Splash Pad Project. This project includes the construction of an approximately 4,000 square foot splash pad, a 7,600 square foot playground area, a 2,580 square foot building, and a 40-space parking lot, along with related irrigation and site work. The project is located in the vicinity of 19625 Judy's View, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months of the contract award.
