Optical Shop Software Request for Proposal

The University of Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for Optical Shop software to replace the current Officemate Software in the Opthy Optical Shop. This Request for Proposal (RFP) covers the scope of opportunity, requirements and specifications, planned procurement schedule, evaluation criteria, supplier code of conduct, submission directions, and other relevant university policies. The University expects to enter into an agreement for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The primary scope of this RFP includes the WK. Kellog Eye Center in Ann Arbor and Brighton. The university is not liable for any costs incurred by the supplier in the preparation or submission of proposals. All materials submitted will become the property of the University.
