Description
This Master Price Agreement (MPA) 439 provides State agencies with qualified title firms and/or licensed attorneys to perform various services. These services include representing State agencies at closings, conducting real estate title searches, preparing reports of title, drafting real estate escrow agreements, and issuing title insurance policies. Vendors must be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and carry professional liability/malpractice insurance. Title insurance companies must be capable of directly originating and issuing policies in Rhode Island. Proposals are due by April 16, 2026.
