Cleaning of City Vehicles

The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the cleaning of its fleet of vehicles. This contract may be utilized by any City of Pittsburgh Department, with the Department of Public Safety anticipated to be the primary user. Services include interior cleaning (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows) and exterior cleaning (brushless wash, blow dry, hand drying, hot wax finish, door frame wiping, and optional undercarriage cleaning). Specialized services for biohazard cleaning are also included. Bidders' facilities must be located within Pittsburgh city limits, and they must be able to accommodate vehicles up to 7'8" in height. Pricing should be on a cost-per-clean basis, with separate bids for different regions and service types (exterior/interior, exterior only, specialized services).
