Vehicle Glass Supply, Install, Repair & Tint Services

The City of Phoenix is soliciting offers for comprehensive vehicle glass services, including supply, installation, repair, and tinting. This contract is intended to cover the City's diverse fleet of over 8,000 vehicles, encompassing a wide range of makes, models, and sizes. Services will include windshields, windows, and flat glass for light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment. Repairs for chips and cracks are also included, with a requirement for notification and authorization before windshield replacement if a repair is deemed non-viable. Window tinting services will be provided in compliance with Arizona state laws regarding light transmission and luminous reflectance, and all window film installations will come with a lifetime warranty. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, supplies, travel, and labor. Services can be performed at various City of Phoenix properties or at the vendor's location. The contractor must meet specific qualifications, including a minimum of two years of experience in glass repair and tinting services, preferably in Arizona, and employ trained and qualified personnel.
