Loan Program Development and Management Services

The City of Pensacola is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from experienced financial institutions and/or firms. The selected entity will be responsible for providing comprehensive services related to housing and community development programs. These services include loan program development, underwriting, administration, servicing, and compliance monitoring. The contract will have an initial term of five (5) years, with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions, subject to mutual agreement between the Consultant and the City.
