Little Creek Campground Design-Build Project

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking interested businesses for the design and construction of new infrastructure at Little Creek Campground in Utah. This project aims to address erosion, improve traffic circulation, manage sun exposure, and enhance OHV/trailer parking to support growing visitation, improve visitor experience, reduce overcrowding, and restore site functionality and safety. The project is located at Little Creek Campground, approximately 3 miles west of Randolph, Utah. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The BLM anticipates issuing a request for proposals in late May 2026, with an estimated period of performance from September 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027. Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required. The proposal submission deadline is expected to be approximately 30 days after the RFP issuance.
