Building Envelope Repairs at Etowah County Judicial Center

This solicitation is for building envelope repairs at the Etowah County Judicial Center. The scope of work includes repairs to all exterior building finishes and components, waterproofing, flashings, transitions of exterior components, miscellaneous painting, replacement of joint sealants, and repair of existing damaged areas of EIFS. Bidders must provide evidence of successfully completed similar projects, including their Experience Modification Rate (EMR), a list of successful projects with construction costs, and client contact information. Bidders must also comply with Alabama Contractor's Licensing Law and be certified for the type of work. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid is required for bids of $25,000 or more. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Payment Bond of no less than 50% of the contract price, along with a Certificate of Insurance and proof of enrollment in the Federal E-Verify Program.
