Electrical Retainer

The Department of the Navy requires an electrical retainer. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. All contractual documents related to this procurement are considered to be issued by the government when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein. The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantity from 1 each to 9 each.
