Onsite Fine Arts Instructional Providers and Consultant Services

The General Services Administration is seeking to retain highly qualified persons and/or consultants to provide Onsite Instructional Providers and Consultant Services for Fine Arts. Contracts shall be in full force and in effect from the date of award through June 30th of each year. Agreements will auto renew July 1st of each year unless re-bid at the discretion of Mesquite ISD with the final renewal expiring on June 30, 2028. The services shall be purchased on an "AS NEEDED" basis. Specific services to be requested during each School Year may include but are not limited to the following: Clinician, Adjudicator, Student Instruction, Staff Development, Choreographer, Repair Service Provider, Performance Artist, Music Composer/Arranger, Sound Engineer, Sound & Lighting Operator, Designer/Drill Writer, Costume & Uniform Designer/Seamstress for the following areas: Band, Choir, Orchestra, Elementary Music, Theatre Arts, Visual Arts, Dance.
