Design/Build Services for Rollingcrest-Chillum Community Center

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is requesting proposals for design/build services for the new construction of the Rollingcrest-Chillum Community Center and the renovation of the adjacent Aquatic Center. The new community center will be approximately 15,000 square feet and will include a gymnasium, fitness center, multipurpose rooms, dedicated lounge spaces for teens and seniors, a warming kitchen, administrative offices, and updated restroom facilities. The aquatic center renovations will address necessary repairs to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including roof replacement over the pool deck, replacement of the pool shell, locker/changing rooms, and selected common areas. The project also aims to improve site connectivity, pedestrian infrastructure, and incorporate sustainable building elements, targeting LEED Silver certification.
