John Marshall High School Coffee Shop Renovation

This project involves the renovation of an existing room within the cafeteria at John Marshall High School to establish a new coffee shop. The scope of work includes mechanical renovations such as the removal of an existing hood and unused vent, along with associated water and gas piping within the coffee shop area. It also involves relocating existing finned tube radiation and modifying existing water, waste, and vent piping systems. Electrical work includes the demolition of existing wall devices, installation of new devices to support food service equipment, removal and reinstallation of ceiling fixtures, and the installation of a new electrical panel dedicated to the coffee shop.
