NSPIRE Standards Housing Inspection Services

The City of Montgomery, Alabama, through its Department of Economic Development's Housing Development Division, is issuing a perpetual Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for NSPIRE housing inspection services. These services are intended for properties that have been assisted by the City, in whole or in part, with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The primary goals for these services include meeting special requirements of national and programmatic objectives set forth by HUD regulations and ensuring programmatic compliance with all regulations for CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs. Interested parties can submit Statements of Qualifications starting on or after Monday, June 8, 2026. The RFQ will remain open perpetually for up to five years.
