Minnehaha County Micro-Surfacing Project

This project involves micro-surfacing approximately 18.14 miles of 2-lane highway in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. The scope of work includes applying micro-surfacing to the existing asphalt, grinding and flush sealing rumble strips, and applying new pavement markings. Bids will be accepted electronically through QuestCDN vBid online bidding or as sealed paper copies. The deadline for bid submission is 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, with a public opening at 10:30 a.m. at the Minnehaha County Auditor's Office. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN to be added to the planholder list and to gain access to the vBid online bidding system. Specifications and proposal forms for sealed paper bids are also available at the Minnehaha County Highway Department.
