Statewide Rotary Drilling Services

The California Department of Water Resources is soliciting bids for statewide rotary drilling services. The anticipated contract term is three years with two one-year options to renew. Services will be performed throughout the State of California and require contractors to possess a valid C-57 Well Drilling License and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Bidders must also comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) program participation requirements, with a minimum commitment of three percent.
