Delaware River and Wilmington Harbor Maintenance Dredging FY26

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Philadelphia District has a requirement for the Maintenance Dredging, Delaware River, Philadelphia to Sea and Wilmington Harbor FY26 Project. The contract work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 2.5 million cubic yards of sediment within the Delaware River main navigation channel and approximately 350,000 cubic yards within Wilmington Harbor. Work includes hydraulic cutterhead dredging only south of Station 190+000 and mechanical or hydraulic cutterhead dredging north of Station 190+000 with placement of the dredged material into the Pedricktown, Delaware City, and/or Killcohook disposal areas. All dredging will be performed to the required depths indicated with 1 or 2-foot allowable overdepth. All dredging shall be performed as contour dredging. Before and after dredging surveys for measurement will be performed by the government. The period of performance will be 240 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
