Townhome Construction at 1230 San Andres St.

This project involves the demolition of two existing dwellings, one garage, and one shed, along with the removal of several trees. The scope of work includes the construction of a new building comprising seven two-bedroom rental townhomes, totaling 6,328 square feet net and 7,153 square feet gross. Additionally, seven covered private garages totaling 1,562 square feet net and 1,737 square feet gross, and a trash enclosure of 114 square feet net and 131 square feet gross will be constructed. The project also requires the installation of related site utilities, paving, drainage, landscaping, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
