Commercial Real Estate Task Order Services

The Spokane Airport Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms for Commercial Real Estate Task Order Services. This RFQ covers a range of services including aeronautical and non-aeronautical property appraisal, commercial property management, marketing services, lease exhibit drafting, purchase and sale agreement drafting, retail tenant engagement, and involvement in strategic master planning. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through specific authorizations or task orders. The anticipated term for Professional Services Agreements (PSA) is three years, with two additional one-year extension options. Firms selected will be placed on a roster and considered for task orders as they arise. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, aeronautical and non-aeronautical property appraisal, lease negotiations, property management, marketing services, drafting of lease exhibits and purchase and sale agreements, retail tenant engagement, and other commercial, industrial, and municipal real estate services.
