USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195) Overhaul and Dry Docking Services

This solicitation is for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195). The anticipated period of performance is from January 20, 2027, to June 20, 2027. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, specifically on the East/Gulf Coast, due to operational and national security considerations. This is a total small business set-aside, based on market research indicating an expectation of receiving proposals from at least two small businesses. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal. Access to detailed work item packages and government-furnished information technical data requires the completion and submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to the point of contact.
