Inert Warheads for Reduced Range Practice Rocket (RRPR) M28A2

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal is issuing solicitation W31P4Q-26-R-0013 for the manufacture of Inert Warheads, Part Number 13540611, for the Reduced Range Practice Rocket (RRPR) M28A2. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated contract will be Firm-Fixed Price, with a minimum of 2,000 and a maximum of 7,000 warheads required annually over a base year and two one-year options. The first delivery is expected within 180 days of contract award, following a qualification timeline. Key requirements include compliance with AWS D17.1/D17.1M:2017 Class C Fusion Welding standards, establishment of an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management system, and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with NIST SP 800-171. Offerors must also demonstrate experience with similar requirements, production capacity, and compliance with limitations on subcontracting. A current CMMC Level 2 self-assessment or higher will be required prior to award.
