Description
This opportunity is for a contractor to perform concrete overlay, hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, and replace joint seals at various locations within Alameda County. The contractor must possess either a Class A license or a combination of Class C licenses including C-8 and C-12, which covers the majority of the work. A 3% DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) requirement and a 5% SBE (Small Business Enterprise) requirement apply to this solicitation. A Small Business Preference is also in effect.
