Pine View Cemetery Columbarium Wall Walkway Construction

The Town of Queensbury is soliciting bids for the preparation of ground and installation of a walkway around the Columbarium Wall at Pine View Cemetery. The scope of work includes: * Preparation of the subgrade by removing sod and dirt. * Installation of a 5-inch subgrade/sub-base with stabilization fabric. * Forming and installing #4 rebar and 10-gauge wire mesh. * Pouring and finishing a 4-inch thick concrete walkway. * Installation of a 6-8 inch culvert under the sidewalk. * Stripping forms, rubbing concrete, and cutting expansion joints. * Protection of monuments and surrounding areas during concrete work. * Cleanup of the site and removal of all materials used. Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage rates and provide required insurance certificates. Proposals must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the title of the work and the bidder's name.
